Terms of Service (Summary)

You retain commercial rights to works you create on this site (images, books, etc.). We receive only a limited, revocable license necessary to operate the service (hosting, processing, backups). Do not upload or generate infringing, illegal, or harmful content.

Ownership & license: users keep rights to their works; the platform obtains a limited license solely for operation.
Prohibited content: infringement, illegal material, explicit sexual content, any sexual or fetish content involving minors (or characters who appear to be minors), graphic or extreme violence or gore, hate/harassment, privacy violations, or improper use of people's likenesses.
Model licenses: when using third-party or open models, you must comply with their licenses and restrictions.
Content review: to keep the service safe and lawful, inputs and generated works are screened by automated systems, with human review where needed. Content that violates law or these terms may be blocked or removed.
Service improvement: we may analyze generation records and failures internally (debugging, quality and safety evaluation) to improve the service. We do not publicly display your works without your explicit consent. Third-party model providers process content under their own terms.
Privacy: what information we collect, how we use it and how long we keep it are described in our Privacy Policy.
Abuse handling: the platform may remove content or limit accounts to comply with law, policy, and safety requirements.
Family workshops: accounts must be created and operated by a parent or guardian. Children may contribute ideas only under supervision, and finished work should be delivered to the parent or guardian account.

Rights in AI-generated content

What we promise: Zoromi claims no ownership of the works you create here. You may publish, print, distribute, and monetize them anywhere, including commercially. Our only license is the limited, revocable one needed to operate the service.
What the law decides: whether an AI-assisted work is protected by copyright varies by country and depends on your human contribution (your story, choices, and edits). Purely machine-generated material may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions. We transfer and waive what is ours to give; we cannot grant statutory copyright where the law does not.
What stays your responsibility: your inputs. Do not use third-party characters, brands, music, or a real person's likeness without permission — rights in generated output never extend to material you were not allowed to use. Third-party model providers' terms also apply to their outputs.

Gems, purchases, bonuses and refunds

Gems: Gems are prepaid credits for using the service. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account. Most generations show their Gems price before they run. If a generation fails because of a problem on our side, the Gems charged for it are returned to your balance, automatically in most cases and otherwise through support.
Welcome and promotional Gems: new verified accounts may receive welcome Gems while the offer lasts, and we may offer other promotional Gems. These offers are limited and can end at any time. Welcome Gems and other promotional Gems have no cash value and may expire, as stated when the Gems are offered. Expired promotional Gems are removed from your balance. If a generation paid for with promotional Gems fails after those Gems have expired, they are not returned.
Gems pack purchase bonuses: your first one-time Gems pack purchases earn bonus Gems as shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions do not earn purchase bonuses. A purchase that is later refunded or reversed still counts as one of those purchases. We may change or end this offer, or limit which accounts are eligible, at any time.
Refunds: Gems pack purchases that include a purchase bonus are non-refundable. Bonus Gems are never refundable and have no cash value. If a Gems pack purchase is refunded, or reversed through a chargeback or payment dispute, the Gems from that purchase and all bonus Gems it earned are removed from your balance. For a partial refund, the purchased Gems are removed in proportion to the amount refunded and the bonus Gems are removed in full. While a payment dispute is open, we may restrict your account, and it may stay restricted if the dispute is lost.
Your legal rights: nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.
